Engine 494 and IV 435 were alerted for a 10-50PI on Butler Rd and Dover Rd. No EMS was needed.

10-50 PI Rescue Box on Butler Road and Mantua Mill Road
Engine 494, Truck 404, Squad 414, Medic 56, EMS 7 and DC1 were alerted for a 10-50 PI Rescue Box on Butler Rd and Mantua Mill Rd. Truck 404 arrived and found 1 person trapped.

Rescue Box 49-01 Motor Vehicle Rescue Falls Rd South of Western Run Road
DC4, E494, U497, T404, S533, S414, M505, and EMS7 were alerted for a 49-01 Rescue Box on Falls Rd just south of Western Run Rd. U497 was on the road and was first on scene. LT Underwood off U497 assumed command. After the initial size-up, LT Underwood advised that there was no entrapment and held with M505 and Station 49. It was a one vehicle MVC, car vs horse. M505 transported the driver to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment.
